What does "hope you have a good one" mean?

Actually I use it a lot. I am so sick of the phrase “Have a nice day”. It’s much overused so I substitute “Have a good one” To me it sounds more friendly and less cliche. So, Hope you have a good one. Get back to me if you have any other questions 🙂
